Forgotten Pools started with a simple frustration: pool service is usually a black box. A tech shows up, does something for twenty minutes, and leaves — and you're left hoping it was enough.
We built the opposite. Every visit logs real water chemistry to an account you control, so "we balanced it" turns into an actual number you can look at, any time, from your phone.
It started as a monitoring tool for one pool on the Gulf Coast — tracking pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and every dose down to the ppm. It worked well enough that it became the foundation for how we run service for every customer today.
