Service plans
Plans are billed monthly to the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the current billing period.
Access to your property
You agree to provide reasonable access to your pool area for scheduled service. Missed access resulting in a skipped visit may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Repairs & additional work
Repair work beyond routine maintenance is quoted and approved by you before it begins, except in cases of immediate safety risk (e.g., electrical hazard).
The customer portal
Your portal account is for your personal use. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
Limitation of liability
We carry liability insurance for our work. We aren't responsible for pre-existing equipment damage or issues outside the scope of the service performed.
